Where exactly is Extreme Adventure Park located?
We're located at Plot 331 Musinro Road, Busiika, Uganda. We're easily accessible from Kampala and surrounding areas. Use Google Maps and search "Extreme Adventure Park Busiika" for directions.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome for most activities, but we strongly recommend booking in advance � especially on weekends and public holidays � to guarantee your spot and avoid disappointment. Groups of 10 or more must book ahead.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a credit note valid for 60 days. No-shows are non-refundable. Contact us to reschedule whenever possible.
Are activities safe for children?
Yes! Many of our activities are family-friendly and suitable for children. Age and weight restrictions apply to certain high-adrenaline activities (bungee, zip line, etc.). All activities are supervised by trained, certified instructors with full safety equipment provided.
Do you cater for large corporate groups?
Absolutely. We specialise in corporate team building and can host groups of any size. We offer customised programmes, catering, accommodation, and full-day/multi-day packages. Visit our Team Building page or get in touch for a bespoke quote.
What should I bring on the day?
Wear comfortable, active clothing and closed-toe shoes. Bring sunscreen, insect repellent, a water bottle, and any personal medication. All safety equipment is provided. Leave valuables at home or in our secure storage.
